John Anthony Whalen

John Anthony Whalen, Jr. is Founder, President and CEO of C2i Solutions,
Inc. established in 1996. Whalen brings more than 25 years of experience
in management, sales, marketing and financial planning services to C2i.
His accomplishments include the management of several IPOs, as well as
effectively recruiting, hiring and training qualified management and
staff for the successful growth of several companies he founded. Prior
to the establishment of C2i, he served as President, Chief Operating
Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of NETCOM On-line
Communication Services, Inc., a NASDAQ, publicly traded Internet service
provider and software developer. Whalen’s management skills resulted in
a $76 million increase in company value within seven months, as well as
a monthly increase in sales to $1.5 million. While serving in this
capacity, Whalen also successfully concluded Mezzanine Financing,
positioned the company for an IPO and was responsible for hiring a
complete management team. Whalen has also held the position of Executive
Vice President of Optimum Care Corporation, a company operating
behavioral medicine programs in healthcare facilities. He successfully
obtained financing, securing two Regulation D’s and concluding an IPO.
Whalen graduated from St. Mary’s College of California with a B.A. in
English Literature and American History. Whalen also holds a M.B.A. from
California State University, Long Beach and is licensed as a Certified
Public Accountant by the State of California.
