Jim Zadra

JIM ZADRA, Chief Financial Officer of DDS Wireless International Inc., is
responsible for the company’s overall financial performance as well as
acquisition and mergers. Mr. Zadra is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years
of experience in corporate finance and professional services. Most recently, he
served over five years as Vice President of Finance, North America, for Sophos,
a leading information technology security and control company with a presence in
more than 150 countries. Mr. Zadra has held senior positions with broad
responsibilities in corporate finance, strategic planning, corporate development
and consulting over the course of his career, including senior roles at
ActiveState Corporation, Canaccord Capital and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Zadra
holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University and a
Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
