Jill T. McGruder

JILL T. MCGRUDER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone
and IFS Financial Services, Inc., the parent company of Touchstone. Her
primary responsibility is overseeing the management of both the
Touchstone Family of Funds and Touchstone Variable Annuities. As an
integral member of the team that launched Touchstone, Ms. McGruder was
also the architect of the recent expansion of the Touchstone Family of
Funds. Touchstone is a subsidiary of IFS Financial Services, Inc., one
of the 10 largest distributors of fixed annuities through financial
institutions in the United States. IFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Western-Southern Life Assurance Company, which is part of the Western-
Southern Enterprise’. Ms. McGruder’s experience spans 18 years in
positions of increasing responsibility within the financial services
industry. She began her career as a Marketing Officer for Nationwide
Life Insurance Company, where she spent 10 years. In 1996 Ms. McGruder
spent a year as National Marketing Director for The Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company before rejoining the Western-Southern Enterprise’ as a
Senior Vice President in 1997. Ms. McGruder earned a Juris Doctor degree
from Capital University.
