JERRY ZUCKER is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Polymer Group (NYSE: PGI). Mr. Zucker has held these positions since
the Company’s inception in 1992. During the last 25 years, Mr. Zucker
has held various research and development, engineering, marketing and
operations man-agement positions in industry.
