Jerry Winchester

JERRY WINCHESTER, Chief Executive Officer of Boots & Coots International
Well Control, Inc., has served as the company’s President and COO since
1998. In July 2002 he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Winchester was employed by Halliburton
Energy Services since 1981 in positions of increasing responsibility,
most recently as Global Manager – Well Control, Coil Tubing and Special
Services. He received his BS in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma
State University in 1982 and is an active member of the Society of
Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling
Contractors.
