Jerry V. Noyce

JERRY V. NOYCE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Health
Fitness Corporation. Mr. Noyce, a nationally recognized health and
fitness executive, joined Health Fitness Corporation as Chief Executive
Officer and President in November 2000. HFC’s recent acquisition of the
Health & Fitness Division of Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.
makes HFC the most comprehensive provider of integrated health
management programs and services. With more than 3,000 health
professionals committed to individual and organizational results, HFC
improves workforce productivity by helping employees get healthy and
stay healthy. He has more than 25 years of management experience in the
health and fitness industry. He has held several key management
positions with the Northwest Racquet, Swim & Health Clubs, including
CEO. After 1997, when The Wellbridge Company purchased Northwest, Mr.
Noyce continued to oversee the operations of the Northwest Clubs and the
Flagship Athletic Club. At Northwest, Mr. Noyce grew the organization
from three clubs to the largest single-city chain of health clubs in the
United States, with 13 mega-clubs and over 130,000 members. A graduate
of University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, he is well
known for his leadership in community service and in national tennis
circles. He served as Commodore of the 2000 Minneapolis Aquatennial
Celebration, the city’s famed 10-day festival, and continues to serve on
the event’s Board of Directors. He also serves as National President of
the National Board of Directors of the University of Minnesota Alumni
Association, chairs the National Collegiate Tennis Committee for the
United States Tennis Association, and is Vice President of the United
States Tennis Association-Northern Section.
