Jeffrey M. Nodland

JEFFREY M. NODLAND is President and Chief Executive Officer of McWhorter
Technologies, Inc. Prior to his promotion in February 1999, Mr. Nodland
served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has held the
position of President since January 1, 1997, and was Chief Operating
Officer since May 1995. Mr. Nodland was Executive Vice President from
May 1995 to December 1996 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer from February 1994 to May 1995. Previously, he held the position
of President of McWhorter, Inc. beginning in June 1991, and Vice
President, Maintenance & Marine Coatings of Valspar beginning in October
1989. Mr. Nodland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Augsburg
College and a MBA from College of St. Thomas.
