Jeff Parr

JEFF PARR is Co-President and Managing Director of Clairvest Group Inc.
Mr. Parr is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and received
his Chartered Accountant designation at Coopers and Lybrand in 1985. Mr.
Parr has 15 years experience in the financial services industry, holding
progressive management positions at National Bank of Canada, Citibank
Canada, Gordon Capital Corporation and has been with Clairvest Group
Inc. for the past 4 years. He has been involved in many transactions
providing senior and junior capital to organizations for growth,
acquisitions and buyouts. Mr. Parr currently sits on the Board of five
of Clairvest’s investees, Chairs the Board of one and co-manages the day
to day operations of Clairvest.
