Jean-Yves Hardy

JEAN-YVES HARDY, a co-founder of Valtech SA, is the Chief Executive and
Chairman of Valtech. He has more than 12 years of experience in the
sector of new information technologies and previously held positions as
marketing director and branch director in France (Delphia, Thomson CSF)
and in the United Kingdom (Verilog). His responsibilities at Valtech
include coordinating the various subsidiaries, managing the Corporate
Group, and protecting the interests of Valtech’s shareholders. He is a
graduate of the Institut Suprieur de Gestion of Paris.
