Jason Reese

JASON REESE is Founder and President of Imperial Capital, LLC, a
boutique investment banking firm with offices in Beverly Hills and New
York. Mr. Reese and a partner co-founded the firm in 1997 to offer a
wide range of sophisticated, value-added services to institutional
investors and middle-market, high-yield companies. A graduate of Yale
University with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Reese started his
Wall Street career as a Securities Analyst at PaineWebber and then
became a partner at the Canadian-based Gordon Investment Corporation
before starting Imperial Capital. Mr. Reese has built Imperial Capital
into a nationwide leading broker/dealer in the secondary trading of high
yield, distressed and illiquid debt and equity securities. Imperial
Capital traded close to $20 billion in high-yield bonds last year and
Mr. Reese is expanding the firm’s business into equity trading and
restructuring advisory services.
