Jason Gonzalez

JASON GONZALEZ is the Chairman and CEO of Visual Management Systems, Inc. Mr.
Gonzalez graduated with a BA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr.
Gonzalez is also a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute offered by the
Securities Industry Association and the Wharton School. He has held positions in
the finance industry in investment management and sales, principal brokerage,
marketing and investment banking with Olde Discount Corporation, William R.
Hough & Company and Merrill Lynch. He entered the security industry in 2001 and
has served as COO of a privately held DVR manufacturer and then founded VMS in
2003. VMS operates several businesses under its corporate veil and is active in
a wide range of activities including software and hardware development, OEM
assembly and light manufacturing, sales, installation, service and support of
video surveillance systems and equipment. Since its inception, VMS has amassed
thousands of corporate customers and nearly 5,000 installations of its Virtual
Manager product lines. In the same time period, the company has grossed over $20
million in revenues. VMS became a public company on the OTC Bulletin Board in
July 2007.
