Jane M. Nichols

JANE M. NICHOLS Vice President Marketing and New Business Development.
Ms. Nichols joined LecTec Corporation as Vice President, Marketing and
New Business Development in April 1997. She has more than 27 years of
experience in the health care industry, both in the provider and medical
product manufacture sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical
Technology from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the
University of Minnesota. Nichols developed one of the first hospital
infection control programs in Minnesota, and served as president of the
national Clinical Laboratory Managers Association. Ms. Nichols has held
technical, marketing and business management positions at Methodist
Hospital and Park Nicollet Medical Center. At 3M, and Ecolab she served
in senior management positions with responsibilities for medical tape,
wound management and skin care products. She has been responsible for
the market introduction of over 40 new products including a market
share-leading transparent dressing. She was also involved in the
creation of two major business alliances and one corporate acquisition.
