Jamie H. Shaffer

JAMIE H. SHAFFER became Chief Financial Officer of Casey’s General
Stores, Inc., on April 1, 1999. Prior to that he was Chief Financial
Officer of ALLIED Group, Inc., where he had worked for 28 years. He is a
graduate of Iowa State University and has an MBA from Drake University.
He is also a CPA. Mr. Shaffer serves on the Board of Directors of Easter
Seals, Link Associates, and Link Foundation.
