James Zarley

JAMES ZARLEY is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
ValueClick, Inc. He has served as Chairman, and has been an advisor to
ValueClick, since May 1998. In February 1999, Mr. Zarley joined
ValueClick in a full-time capacity and in May 1999 he became Chief
Executive Officer. Prior to joining ValueClick, from December 1996 to
May 1998 Mr. Zarley was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Best
Internet, until its recent merger with Verio, and from May 1998 to
January 1999 was the Chief Operating Officer of Hiway Technologies, a
Web hosting company. Mr. Zarley has more than 30 years of technology
business experience as a senior executive.
