James W. McAtee

James W. McAtee has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Horizon Health Corporation since November 1, 1998. He has been Secretary
of the company since September, 1990 and has been a director of the
company since July, 1995. He formerly served as Chief Financial Officer
and Treasurer from September, 1990 to July, 1999. He was Executive Vice
President ‘ Finance & Administration of the company from February, 1992
to October, 1998 and was a Senior Vice President of the company from
September, 1990 to February, 1992.
