James R. Lavelle

JAMES R. LAVELLE is the founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of Cotelligent, Inc. From the company’s inception in
1993 until August 1995, Mr. Lavelle was Chairman of the Board, a
position that he reassumed in April 1996. Before founding Cotelligent in
1996, Mr. Lavelle was a business consultant specializing in strategic
marketing and organization development. He also served as Senior Manager
and Director of Management Consulting Services for the San Francisco
office of KMG Main Hurdman, an international accounting firm. Prior to
that, he was Manager of Management Consulting Services in the San
Francisco office of Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Lavelle has a Bachelor’s
degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master
of Business Administration degree from the University of Santa Clara.
