James P. Shea

JAMES P. SHEA is President, CEO and Director of Renex Corporation. Mr.
Shea served as Director General for the international business of Home
Intensive Care, Inc., from July, 1992 until June, 1993. He was Senior
Vice President of Protocare, Inc., an infusion therapy and respiratory
care provider, which he helped found, from 1986 to 1990. He served as
General Manager of Norton Company’s worldwide healthcare product
division from 1985 to 1986. Mr. Shea was President of the infusion
division of National Medical Care, Inc., a kidney dialysis and infusion
therapy provider, from 1983 to 1985. He was employed by Norwich-Eaton
Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, from 1967 to 1983,
serving as Director of Sales from 1975 to 1980 and Director of Marketing
from 1980 to 1983.
