James M. Dugan

JAMES M. DUGAN is a President and Chief Investment Officer with
Cavanaugh Capital Management, Inc. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is
a member of the AIMR, the Baltimore Security Analyst Society, the
Municipal Bond Club of Baltimore, and the National Futures Association.
During his 15 years of investment experience, Mr. Dugan has also held
the position of Senior Investment Officer with USF&G. Prior to that, he
served as a Police Agent with the Baltimore Police Department. Mr. Dugan
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from
Loyola College. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently
resides in Catonsville, Maryland with his wife and three children.
