JAMES B. CLUBB is Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and
Director of Bitech Petroleum Corporation. For the last five years, Mr.
Clubb has been the President and Director of Clubb Capital Ltd., a
stockbroking company, regulated by the Securities and Futures Authority,
based in London, England. Formerly, he was the Director of
International Equities, Scotia McLeod Inc., London. Mr. Clubb was the
founding Director and CEO of TVX Gold, Inc., Vice President and Director
responsible for Canadian and European Institutional Sales, Gordon
Capital Corporation.
