Jacques McCormack

JACQUES MCCORMACK, President of Unitrends Software Corporation, is
responsible for the company’s operations and its successful rapid
growth. Additionally, he is responsible for the company’s financial
activities. Prior to joining Unitrends, Mr. McCormack was Chief
Financial Officer of CNA UniSource, a $1.3 billion Professional
Employer, payroll processing and human resource outsourcing
organization. Before that, Mr. McCormack was Senior Vice President,
Corporate Controller at Policy Management Systems Corporation, a $640
million NYSE software development and services company. Mr. McCormack’s
background includes significant domestic and international experience
with organizations such as PriceWaterhouse, Readers’ Digest and Coating
Technologies International. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Commerce with honors from the University of Virginia.
