Jack Stoch

JACK STOCH, President, CEO, Director and a major shareholder of Globex Mining
Enterprises Inc., is an experienced, highly motivated geologist-entrepreneur, in
love with the mining industry and determined to build Globex into a highly
successful public mining and exploration company. Mr. Stoch excels in frugal
acquisition and exploration of premier quality gold and base metal properties
and has been engaged in the acquisition and vending of exploration programs
since 1976. He was reported to be at one time the largest private mineral
rights holder in the Province of Quebec, Canada. Under Mr. Stoch, Globex has
developed a mature exploration portfolio. He has attracted an experienced and
well-connected Board of Directors. He believes in using outside professionals
when and where warranted. With the current mining and exploration projects in
place, Mr. Stoch has expanded the Globex exploration, evaluation and mining
team. The designation Accredited Director was awarded to Mr. Stoch in 2007
after having satisfied the requirements of the Chartered Secretaries Canada.
