Jack Kay

JACK KAY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Axsun
Technologies Inc. Mr. Kay was the President and Chief Executive
Officer at Hotline Communications, Ltd., a Canadian Internet
Company. Prior to joining Hotline, Mr. Kay was President and CEO
at Phoenix Technologies. Before joining Phoenix, Mr. Kay held
senior management positions at Banyan Systems and Convergent
Technologies. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Wayne
State University and an MBA in Marketing from New York
University.
