Jack Harper

JACK HARPER, Director of Finance and Investor Relations of Pure
Resources, Inc. has been with the company since May 2000 when it was
initially formed. Prior to Pure, Mr. Harper worked for Tom Brown, Inc.,
where his last position was Vice President, Investor Relations,
Corporate Development and Treasurer. Mr. Harper graduated from Baylor
University with a BBA degree in Finance. He is active in the Midland
community, currently serving on the Board of the Midland Children’s
Rehabilitation Center and formerly serving on the Board of Big Brothers
Big Sisters of Midland. He is also a current member of the Petroleum
Investor Relations Association (PIRA).
