J. Michael Pearson

J. MICHAEL PEARSON is Chief Operating Officer of Global Industries, Ltd.
He joined the company in January 2002 as Senior Vice President,
Strategic Planning and was named Chief Operating Officer in May 2002.
Prior to joining Global, he served as President of the CAByL joint
venture company for Enron Engineering and Construction Company. Over the
previous 25 years, he held various engineering and construction
management positions ranging from Field Engineer to Vice President and
General Manager with McDermott International, Inc. Mr. Pearson has over
30 years of experience in engineering and construction management.
