J. C. Anderson

J. C. ANDERSON is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Anderson
Exploration Ltd. He founded the company in 1968 after leaving Amoco
Canada where he was the Chief Engineer. Mr. Anderson had been with the
U.S. Army Counter -Intelligence Corps for two years before he joined
Amoco Production Company. He worked at various locations for the
conglomerate in the United States until he was transferred to Calgary,
Alberta in 1996. After forming Anderson Exploration, he managed a
private oil and gas exploration and development program until 1988.
Anderson Exploration became a public company traded on The Toronto Stock
Exchange in July, 1988. Mr. Anderson is a former Public Director of the
Investment Dealers Association of Canada and is a member of The
Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of
Alberta as well as the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He holds a B.Sc.
degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Anderson attended Midland College
in Fremont, Nebraska and the University of Texas at Austin.
