IAN FITZ-HARRIS, aged 38, is a chartered accountant and chief executive
officer of Euro Sales Finance. He was appointed commercial director of
Bank of Sctoland’s factoring business at the age 28 and was promoted to
deputy managing director before leaving to form Euro Sales Finance in
1995.
