Henry R. Reid

HENRY R. REID has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The
Churchill Corporation since 1990. Mr. Reid led a successful turnaround
that entailed a refocus on construction operations, which were
repositioned to achieve profitability, and debt retirement. Prior
management experience in construction and real estate includes serving
as: President, Western Region, and Vice President Corporate Development
of George Wimpey Canada; President of Carlson Construction; and
Corporate Controller of Bovis Corporation.
