Harold Pedersen

HAROLD PEDERSEN has been President of KeyWest Energy Corporation, since
March 1998. He was the founder and president of Jordan Petroleum Ltd.
from inception in late 1986 until its sale in December 1997. Jordan
Petroleum was started with an initial capitalization of $65,000 at 10
cents per share and was sold at $9.80 per share for a total value of
$435 million. Prior to this, Mr. Pedersen was President of Inverness
Petroleum Ltd., another successful public company, from 1981 to 1985.
