Gregory D. Gubitz

GREGORY D. GUBITZ is Senior Vice President of MDS Capital Corp., where
he has overall responsibility for legal affairs. Prior to joining MDS in
1996 he was a Partner of the law firm of Fasken Campbell Godfrey where
he practiced Corporate/Commercial and Securities Law. Mr. Gubitz’s
practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt
and equity financings, and general corporate and securities advice. He
graduated from McGill University with an LLB in 1982. He serves on both
the Board and Executive Committee of Drug Royalty Corp., and on the
Board of Ultravision Inc. He is the Secretary for a number of companies
including MDS Capital Corp., MDS Health Ventures Inc., The Health and
Biotechnology Venture Fund, MDS Associs-Neuroscience, and the Canadian
Medical Discoveries Fund.
