Greg Lloyd Smith

GREG LLOYD SMITH, Managing Director of IEQ PLC. Beginning in May 2001, Greg Lloyd Smith began to acquire shares in Intermediate Equity plc on behalf of Kestrel Trading Corporation. By September 2001, Kestrel owned 29.9% of the company. At the Company’s AGM, Mr. Smith removed the former directors and appointed himself and his wife to run the company. An avid sailor, he is a director of several other private companies and lives in Mykonos Greece with his wife and two children. His other Directorships include: Kestrel Trading Corporation, Kestrel Assets Limited, FirstNET Online Europe PLC, QuakeAID, Albany Properties, Inc. and OceanQwest Adventure Charters Monoprosopi EPE.
