Gordon Bitter

GORDON BITTER joined HADCO as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in November 1998. He has responsibility over worldwide
financial, treasury and legal activities. He has nearly thirty years of
senior financial and executive experience in high tech electronics
manufacturing and support. Mr. Bitter has a B.S. in Mathematics from
Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania.
