Glenn R. Carley

GLENN R. CARLEY is the Chairman, CEO and a Director of Magin Energy,
Inc. Mr. Carley holds Bachelor of Arts, Law and Masters of Business
Administration degrees from the University of Saskatchewan. During his
nearly 22 years in the oil and gas business, he has acted as General
Counsel for Canadian Roxy Petroleum, Mark Resources and Wascana Energy.
Additionally, during his six years at Wascana, he had vice-presidential
responsibility for a number of areas, including corporate planning and
asset management. In 1994, he left Wascana and has been involved in the
start-up of a number of public and private companies.
