Glenn L. Stolt

GLENN L. STOLT has served as Vice President of G&K Services, Inc., since
August 2004 and Treasurer since November 2001. He joined G&K Services in
June 1998 as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Financial Planning and
Analysis. Prior to joining G&K Services, Mr. Stolt held a number of
financial management positions with The Toro Company from 1991 to 1998.
He was appointed Assistant Treasurer in 1997. From 1989 to 1991, Mr.
Stolt was employed with Honeywell, Inc.
