George Richards

GEORGE RICHARDS, President and CEO of Commercial Concepts, Inc., brings
extensive experience in management and financial services to the
company. He majored in Political Science at Cal State – Fullerton and
has pursued graduate studies in business administration and finance.
Through his consulting firm, Richards & Associates, Inc., Mr. Richards
has negotiated contracts with financial institutions such as Salomon
Smith Barney and UBS, national governments including Ecuador, Cambodia
and Jamaica and major multi-national telecommunications firms such as
British Telecom, Alcatel, and Cable and Wireless. His client list also
includes Marcus & Millichap, Dean Witter Realty Inc., Edgar Dunn &
Company, Lehman Brothers Housing, and AG Edwards.
