George D. Faught

GEORGE D. FAUGHT is Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
of North American Palladium Ltd. In November 1999, Mr. Faught joined
North American Palladium in his current role and was instrumental in
raising $375 million for the expansion of the Lac des Iles mine. He is
responsible for managing the company’s financial accounting and
reporting, financings and hedging strategies for PGMs and by-product
metals, input costs and foreign exchange. Prior to joining North
American Palladium, Mr. Faught was employed by Hudson’s Bay Mining &
Smelting, an integrated base metals producer, and Williams Resources, an
international gold producer. Mr. Faught is a Chartered Accountant with
over 20 years of senior financial management experience. He has been the
Chief Financial Officer with publicly traded companies in the natural
resources, pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
