Geno Tolari

GENO TOLARI is President and Chief Executive Officer of Saba
Software, Inc. Mr. Tolari most recently served as Chief Operating
Officer and Executive Vice President of Sterling Software, which
was acquired in March 2000 by Computer Associates. He brings more
than 30 years of software experience to Saba and a proven track
record, including: 45 consecutive quarters of revenue and
earnings growth from one of the 20 largest software companies in
the world, operating excellence from a software company
generating $1 billion in revenue, and management of 7,500
employees. Skilled in setting and implementing strategic
direction, and managing both organic and acquisition growth, Mr.
Tolari will have all functional Vice Presidents reporting to him.
