GAYLA DELLY is Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. She served as Treasurer of the
company from 1996. Ms. Delly was with KPMG LLP prior to joining
Benchmark. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from Samford
University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
