Gary R. Christophersen

GARY R. CHRISTOPHERSEN has been Chairman of PhotoWorks, Inc., since July
2000. In August 2001, Mr. Christophersen reassumed the role of Chief
Executive Officer. From August 1988 until being named as Chairman, he
served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Christophersen joined the company in January 1982 as Vice President of
Operations and has served as a Director of the company since 1982. From
May 1983-August 1988, Mr. Christophersen was a Senior Vice President of
the company and its General Manager. Earlier, his work was primarily in
the field of public policy research for Mathematica Inc. He holds an MA
degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a BA degree in
Mathematics and Economics from Whitman College.
