Fred L. Callon

FRED L. CALLON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Callon
Petroleum company. He has been employed by the Company in various
positions since 1976. He graduated from Millsaps College in 1972 and
received his MBA degree from the Wharton School of Finance in 1974.
Following graduation he was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.
Certified Public Accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a
member of numerous professional and civic organizations.
