Frank Mandelbaum

FRANK MANDELBAUM is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Intelli-
Check’, Inc., based in Woodbury, NY. He also was the Chief Financial
Officer until September 1999. Before joining Intelli-Check, Mr.
Mandelbaum held various executive-level positions with Choice Drug
Systems, Inc., starting in 1986 as Executive Vice President, Treasurer,
CFO and Director, and rising to the position of Chairman, CEO and CFO
until his retirement in January 1995. He remained a consultant to the
company through 1997. In addition, he has been the President and sole
stockholder of JRD Sales Inc., a business consulting company, since
1974. In addition to serving as an expert advisor to the Indian Health
Service, Division of the U.S. Public Health Service, Mr. Mandelbaum has
appeared before Congressional Committees on behalf of the Council of
Nursing Home Suppliers, where he served as Director from 1991-1995.
Since 1989, he has been included in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry,
Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in the East, and Who’s Who in America.
