Frank J. Cinatl

FRANK J. CINATL IV has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Abatix Corp. since 1994 and was appointed to the Board of Directors
in February 1999. From 1989-1994, Mr. Cinatl was Manager of External
Financial Reporting for The LTV Corporation, Dallas, Texas, a steel,
aerospace/defense and energy company. Between 1983-1989, Mr. Cinatl was
an Auditor for an international public accounting firm.
