Domenic N. Golato

DOMENIC N. GOLATO is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of IGI, Inc. since July 2000. Prior to joining IGI, he
served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IVC,
Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of vitamins and nutritional
products from 1998 to June 2000. Mr. Golato was Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of RF Power Products, Inc., a
publicly traded high technology manufacturer of radio frequency
power delivery systems to the semiconductor and flat panel
display industries, from 1993 to 1998.
