David B. Bell

David B. Bell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Intersil
Corporation. Mr. Bell joined the company in April 2007. He previously served as
Intersil’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Intersil, Mr.
Bell spent 12 years at Linear Technology Corporation, serving as President from
June 2003 to January 2007; Vice President and General Manager of Power Products,
from January 2002 to June 2003; General Manager of Power Products from February
1999 to January 2002; and as Manager of Strategic Product Development from June
1994 to January 1999. Mr. Bell has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
