Brian J. Farrell

BRIAN J. FARRELL was elected by the Board of Directors of THQ, Inc., to
serve as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in
January 1995. Mr. Farrell first joined THQ in April 1991, as Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining THQ,
Mr. Farrell was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Starwood
Hotels & Resorts (formerly known as Hotel Investors Trust), real estate
investment trust. He was also previously employed by Deloitte Haskins &
Sells, a predecessor of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Farrell holds a
Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, an MBA from the University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a Cetified Public Accountant.
