JOHN H. BROWN has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Integrated Biosystems, Inc., since April 2002. Prior to arriving at
Integrated Biosystems, he served as President and CEO of Covance
Biotechnology Services Incorporated in Research Triangle Park, North
Carolina (1998 to 2000) where he more than quadrupled sales. He built
such a successful and attractive business that Akzo Nobel purchased and
integrated CBSI into Diosynth in 2001. Prior to Mr. Brown's employment
with Covance, he served as co-Chief Executive Officer of MED3000
Incorporated, a managed healthcare company of Tampa, Florida. Mr. Brown
also held various positions in Senior Management at CIBA-GEIGY
Corporation. He has a Master's of Business Administration from Harvard
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with high

DANIEL (DAN) E. JULIE is Senior Investment Officer and a member of the
common stock portfolio management team at MEMBERS Capital Advisors. He
is responsible for managing the Ultra Series Funds, MEMBERS Mutual
Funds, and employee benefit plans in accordance with MEMBERS Capital
Advisors' investment philosophy that is focused on achieving high risk-
adjusted returns. Mr. Julie began his career with MEMBERS Capital
Advisors in 1993 as an Investment Analyst in MEMBERS Capital Advisors'
Insurance Investment Group, gaining nearly three years of fixed income
private placement experience. Prior to that, Mr. Julie served almost
five years in public accounting. Mr. Julie's educational background
includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and
Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University
of Wisconsin at Madison. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst
designation from the Association of Investment Management and Research
in 1996. Mr. Julie is also a CPA and a member of the Madison Investment
Management Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
and Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Profile
ANNETTE HELLMER is Senior Investment Officer and a member of the common
stock portfolio management team at MEMBERS Capital Advisors. She is
responsible for implementing an investment management philosophy for the

which are focused on achieving high risk-adjusted returns. In addition,
Ms. Hellmer is an Officer and Director of the Madison Investment
Management Society. Prior to joining the firm in 1996, Ms. Hellmer was a
Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with Fleet Investment
Advisors where she directed the firm's Mid-Cap Value product. While at
Fleet since 1988, she held positions in investment research and
portfolio management. Ms. Hellmer was awarded a BS from Trinity College
in Hartford, Connecticut, where she double majored in Computer Science
and Economics. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation
