Glen Manchester became President & CEO of Xenos in July 2000 and is
responsible for the overall direction and growth management of the
company. Since undertaking his role, he has restructured and refocused
Xenos to become a global e-business infrastructure software company,
providing world- leading data to e-content transformation solutions.
Under his leadership, Xenos has become a new company that has
established the data to e-content market space.This new strategy,
underpinned by new product direction, has enabled the company to secure
significant new business with blue-chip companies such as American
Express, Bank One and Wells Fargo. He has also been instrumental in
forging alliances with industry-leading partners, including IBM and
iPlanet. Glen took on the role of CEO of Xenos Europe, which was formed
when Xenos acquired Geneva Digital in 1999.He founded and ran Geneva
Digital successfully and profitably for 10 years. Geneva was one of
Europe's leading document solutions companies,pioneering the growth of
