IAN BOWATER is the Chief Executive of Compass Software Group Plc and has
direct responsibility for overall strategy and product development of
the business. Mr Bowater co-founded the Group in 1995 and has sixteen
years experience in the implementation of retail merchandise planning
software packages. Prior to co-founding the Group, he developed and ran
