Peter J. Stouffer

PETER J. STOUFFER is President and CEO of Code-Alarm, Inc. He brings 16
years of automotive experience ‘ including 14 years at Code-Alarm ‘ to
his current position as President and Chief Executive Officer. An
engineer by training, he has held a number of engineering and
operational management positions at Code-Alarm. Mr. Stouffer’s varied
experience and engineering expertise has been instrumental in designing
and launching a number of new products at Code-Alarm, including the
company’s revolutionary new PowerCode Technology_. This technology
brings ‘plug and play’ feature set products to the vehicle comfort,
convenience and security industry for the first time.
