Peter J. Quartararo

PETER J. QUARTARARO, JR., Executive Vice President, joined the company
in December 1997. He brings to RenalTech International, LLC more than 10
years of broad-based experience in the financial industry. His
responsibilities include strategic planning, development of financial
models, budgets and costing projections, contract negotiations, and
capital raising. Mr. Quartararo manages all aspects of operations and
has primary responsibility for developing and implementing the business
and financial strategy of the company. He has extensive experience in
contract negotiations and works closely with the firm’s securities and
corporate attorneys. Mr. Quartararo is responsible for the creation and
development of the company’s presentations, publications and exhibits,
and plays a key role in the design and management of the company’s
computer technology and information systems. Mr. Quartararo received his
Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Finance,
Economics and Banking from Baruch College at the City University of New
York in 1986 and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation in 1994. He worked in the securities industry for more than
10 years as an Institutional Salesman, Equity and Fixed Income Trader,
Securities Analyst, Convertible Arbitrageur, Registered Options
Principal and Operations Manager. Mr. Quartararo worked for Goldman
Sachs, Tucker Anthony, and Kemper Financial before co-founding a
successful securities brokerage firm in Florida. He has extensive
experience in running entrepreneurial companies.
