L. B. Brad Clarke

L.B. (BRAD) CLARKE has been President, Chief Executive Officer, and
Director of Organetix, Inc., since November 2003. Mr. Clarke has over 28
years of executive business experience. Prior to being President of
Organetix, Inc., Mr. Clarke was CEO, President and Director for a
private nutraceutical company called AMMA Corporation that explored and
developed the research, harvesting, manufacturing, production and
packaging for 11 different medicinal plant products internationally and
in North America.
